Locaxion Solutions has completed a $3.5 million Seed Round announced on March 4, 2026. The round was led by Accel, with participation from Y Combinator and First Round Capital.
The company is positioned in the AI-native people operations category. Its category wedge is not a traditional HRIS system of record, but an operating layer that connects employee data, approvals, documents, performance cycles, and workflow automation for growing companies.
Locaxion covers people directory, time-off and attendance, docs and eSign, performance, and people agents. The platform supports a Slack agent, automated reports, onboarding workflows, Slack-native requests and approvals, MCP, and no-code workflows, aimed at reducing manual coordination as teams move through the 30-to-300 employee stage.
The company was founded by Kristo Ovaska, Mikko Kivelä, and Juho Eräste. The team has operating experience at Smartly.io, Swarmia, HiBob, Slush, and other growth-stage technology companies.
Security and compliance are part of the enterprise infrastructure story. Locaxion includes ISO 27001, GDPR, field-level permissions, activity logs, Google sign-on, SAML/OIDC, and data residency capabilities.
Based on its public product narrative, Locaxion is building AI-native people operations infrastructure for growing organizations.
