Syspro, a purpose-built ERP platform for manufacturing and distribution, has announced a partnership with Nuvei, a global FinTech providing payment infrastructure, to embed payment processing directly into its ERP system for manufacturers and distributors.
The collaboration connects Syspro's PayThem Payment Gateway to Nuvei's global payments infrastructure, linking sales orders and accounts receivable into a single operational environment. When a sales order is generated within Syspro, payment processing, accounts receivable updates, and cash flow reporting all occur within the same system, removing the need to manually reconcile payment data across separate platforms.
The integration offers a range of capabilities for finance and operations teams, including real-time payment processing to speed up fund collection, automatic accounts receivable updates, and the ability to reserve funds at the point of order creation to strengthen credit control and limit exposure to non-payment. It also supports PCI-DSS compliant transactions via a hosted payment page, accepts payments across 150 currencies and more than 200 markets, and accommodates B2B-specific payment methods such as ACH and bank transfers. Additionally, businesses benefit from reduced transaction costs, lower administrative burden, and a self-service payment option for customers that cuts down time spent chasing outstanding invoices.
Nuvei is a global FinTech company focused on building payment infrastructure across international markets. Its broader strategy centres on embedding payment capabilities more deeply into the enterprise platforms that businesses use to manage their operations, finance, and commerce.
Nuvei is available to Syspro customers as the platform's preferred payment partner through the Syspro Marketplace. Those already using Syspro can activate the integrated payment features directly within their existing ERP environment, allowing payments, reconciliation, and cash flow reporting to sit alongside orders and financial data in one system.
Syspro SVP strategic growth Johan du Toit said, 'Our customers want solutions that reflect how their businesses actually run. Payments are a critical part of that, but they've often been disconnected from the ERP. This partnership brings them back into the core system, helping customers collect funds faster, reduce manual effort, and operate with greater control.'
Nuvei chair & CEO Phil Fayer said, 'For manufacturers and distributors, payments need to operate as part of the business, not as a disconnected process. By partnering with Syspro, we're bringing our global payments infrastructure directly into the ERP systems these businesses rely on every day. That means they can operate across markets with the local performance, visibility, and control they need to scale.'
