RiskSmart has entered a strategic partnership with The Evolution Group Ltd (TEG), an advisory and transformation delivery firm, aiming to help organisations tackle the growing complexity of regulatory and operational change.
The partnership brings together RiskSmart's risk and governance technology with TEG's advisory, transformation, and delivery expertise, with the goal of creating a single, integrated offering for clients. The companies said the collaboration addresses a common problem in which risk and governance functions are brought into transformation programmes too late, leading to duplicated effort, higher costs, delivery delays, and missed opportunities for earlier decision-making.
According to the companies, mid-market organisations have historically had to assemble their own patchwork of technology platforms, compliance advisers, and delivery partners to achieve integration, absorbing the cost and coordination effort themselves. RiskSmart and TEG said their combined offering is designed to remove this burden by aligning risk technology, compliance expertise, and transformation delivery under one relationship.
